Dear Bob,


 I cannot tell you what an absolute delight it was to take my car, which I bought from your dealership, to you for servicing.  I had been stopped twice for a taillight being out.  I went into the service center at 11:30 without an appointment.  The serviceman was very polite to me and told me the wait would be quite awhile.  I had a doctor's appointment and he suggested bringing the car back at 4:00.  I did this and while I waited for the light to be changed the serviceman came to tell me something else was out lightwise but they could put in the part.  I thought to myself, "Oh brother, always a higher charge."  Lo and behold he later came back and said, "You actually have a few corroded wires so the part will be unnecessary."  The work could also be done while I waited even though it was now after 5:00 and time for the mechanic to go home.  I have never taken my car in and actually had someone do the job for less money.
 
So overall the service was fabulous and I appreciate the honesty in saving me and servicing only what was really wrong.  As a woman I will be honest and tell you that I often feel that the car servicemen "see me coming" and realize I don't know much about cars.  Thank you for not treating me that way.
 
Not only will I bring me car back to your service center for work in the future but I will recommend it to all my friends. 
 
You have restored my faith in car dealerships and service dealers.  I will remember that when I buy a new car.

I enjoyed my experience at your dealership.


 I was impressed with your professionalism and promptness of service.  

The customer waiting area was cozy and clean. I really appreciate that my jeep was washed

after the trans fluid change.  I did not expect that.  

Thank you for making my experience very pleasant.

I will defiantly bring my jeep back to this location for future repairs and maintenance.
