Very pleased with my experience. Bought a 2022 Durango. Jose took very good care of me and treated me with respect and honesty. I never felt that I was being duped, sold, tricked or anything. He was always very courteous, attentive and helpful. He always searched for information if he didn’t know it off hand and was upfront with everything. When it came to purchase the car they made me a good deal and never tried to subvert or add things to it. I have genuine dislike for some dealers around Chicago and it causes me to very hesitant to trust salespeople, but these guys made me feel good. It was an actual very pleasurable experience. There was no pressure to purchase and no games being played by this dealership. I was treated very fairly and with great respect. Thank you to Frank, the finance manager as well for working so diligently to get me the best deal. I really appreciated that Marino JCD did not try to use the sales credit tactic for my trade, as a way to low ball my trade in value, as every other dealership has in my past experiences. Just because I’m saving on taxes does not mean the dealer should use that (my) savings to offer me less for my trade, thankfully this dealership understands that. I would this recommend this location to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. 10/10.
