This place is fantastic! Previously we went to Zeigler in Schaumburg, and the difference is like night and day. I didn't even know that people could be so nice and polite at a dealer, especially their assistant service manager, Steve. He was super friendly and polite and went out of his way to explain everything in detail. I would recommend this place for ALL your Jeep related issues, and will continue to take my own vehicle there for repairs! Thank you Marino Jeep!
The employees in the service department are efficiently are on whatever your situation maybe plus they stay on it even,like mine a"99" Durango.I've had after market shop's put things has little has a backup camera to rebuilt transmission and thing's in between but the service department at Marion's can take a big job which at a small shop it would take weeks sometimes Marion's would complete with a few day's if that.They take control from the time you drive into the service department.Their considerate,professional's and friendly it's worth taking your vehicle there cause you save TIME,and money in the long run especially if you have to get a rental car.You don't have to believe me but trust someone who can't afford to be without their vehicle you can hardly trust anyone with your vehicle then the maker's of your car,suv, truck. Hat's of to those in the service department at Marion's.
My husband and I came into today to buy a car which we did purchase our sales man was Tim a really great guy makes you feel welcomed and comfortable I appreciate everything he did for us if we need to buy other car I would come and see him I recommend him to anyone who is looking to buy a car nice as ever. The only problem was today was that a co-worker of his was unprofessional screaming and cursing at Tim in front of everyone even us the customers for a simple mistake cause the paper we filled out was in blue ink it was a heavy set guy who sat at the front desk I wish I would of gotten his name he's just rude and nasty man. The sale Manger Mel he is also a great person so thank you guys for everything.

I recently had a major issue with our 2015 Chrysler Town and Country and brought it to Marino CJD. Marino CJD was not the closest Chrysler dealer to me, however when I called the closest location, they advised that the soonest appointment I could get for my (unsafe to drive) van would be in two weeks. I called Marino CJD and explained my situation and they advised that I could bring it in that day. The staff at Marino went above and beyond to ensure that I was kept informed as to what was happening with the repairs to my vehicle and they answered all of my questions and concerns in a timely manner. I was extremely satisfied with the service that I received at Marino CJD and will continue to bring my van back for any maintenance and repairs needed to my van and will definitely visit their sales department when we are in the market for a new vehicle.
