Super disappointed where it matters Service. Particularly Alex and Carlos who I experienced to be rude and impatient when I brought in my 2022 Compass for the 5th time for transmission replacement with 17,000 miles. I am a doctor at Rush Medical Center and suddenly there are no loaners available and I was told by Alex two weeks ago to specifically reserve a loaner. This SUV is under warranty for this problem and I had been there 4 previous visits and the Compass still lurched at 14 MPH, guess how many times this happened during the Kennedy fiasco. I was misled and lied to by these folks. In plain language these guys suck and I wish I could give out ZERO STARS. I have purchased 3 Jeeps and this is the last time they will see my face. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a Jeep, Chrysler, or Dodge. While the process to lease my current Jeep with the sales side was seamless, I have had an awful experience with their service department. I recently dropped my Jeep off for a fix that I was told would take 4 hours, but ended up taking 4 days. But that was not the truly frustrating part. During this entire process, I received absolutely no proactive updates from my service advisor (one day I couldn't even get a hold of them). It also resulted in extra rental car charges after being told they would have a loaner for me. Upon request to get reimbursed, I was told a service manager would reach out to me. That never happened so I have called seven times to have this conversation. Each time to no success of getting a hold of them. I was planning to either trade-in my lease for something else from the dealership or buy it out, but because of this experience I will not be.

My wife and I recently purchased a 2026 Jeep Grand Cherokee L Limited Reserve 4x4 from Marino Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram, and it was, without question, the best vehicle-buying experience we’ve ever had. We’re seasoned Jeep buyers and have also purchased vehicles from other brands over the years. Having been through the process many times.. we’ve seen both the best and the worst (pushy sales & long office waiting games) of dealership experiences. Simply put, every previous experience pales in comparison to what we experienced at Marino. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt different. Every member of the team was welcoming, professional, and genuinely happy to have us there. They even treated our two dogs like valued guests, which immediately set the tone. Our salesperson, Ashur, was outstanding. He knew the product inside and out, answered every question with confidence, and somehow managed to be both incredibly professional and completely down-to-earth. There were no games, no pressure tactics, and no rehearsed sales pitches, just honest conversations and a genuine desire to help us find the right vehicle. His manager, Alec, was equally impressive. He respected our time, communicated clearly, and was always quick to return with answers or options. At no point were we left sitting around wondering what was happening next. Dan in sales and Tony the president did a fantastic job of locating the best color Jeep (Stingray Grey) and helping us turn in a lease early on a 2017 Jeep we have loved for over 2 1/2 years. An exceptional experience. Dan was awesome to work with. Friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and very low key. He really went the extra mile to find the jeep we were looking for and making arrangements to have it delivered to the dealers in a swap from a Grand Rapids dealer. One of the most professionally persistent sales people I have ever bought a car from. He would not give up, handled all of my initial objections of traveling into the city from the suburbs to buy our Jeep. Thank you Dan! Tengo mas 2 años con marino chrystler como cliente, quede bien por casi 2 anos con un ford explorer usado y me ofrecieron cambiarlo por una version de jeep gran cherokee 2021 con cero millaje todo parecia perfecto hasta los 5 meses pero al vehiculo se le dano el motor de arranque y me dejo votado por 11 horas, a mi nadie me explico que en estos modelos habia un boton donde se puchaba y la grua venia inmediatamente que es lo que me acaban de explicar, estos tipos de vehiclos vienen con sistemas modernos pero no se toman el tiempo ni tienen la paciencia de ensenar o explicar a los clientes que tenemos por primera vez un vehiculo con estas caracrteristicas, ni tampoco un numero de telefono para llamar al tipo de grua especializada para este tipo de carros, sucede que despues de estar llamando por muchas horas al deeler y nunca contestaron me remolco otra grua la cual a danado o roto segun me dijeron un cable y a perdido una tapa de la cual ni idea tengo, ahora me quieren hacer pagar el valor de dichos items por un valor de mas de 450 dolares y ademas no me quieren pagar el gasto de la grua, y me dicen que mi vehiclo me lo van a entregar de 2 a 7 , dias mas los dias desde que lleve el carro al deeler van a pasar mas de 10 dias y voy a tener que pagar otro rubro como es el de asistencia de renta de carro, me preocupa que sigan saliendo mas danos ya que todavia no tengo el valor exacto, no es lo que ofrecieron cuando me hicieron cambiar mi otro vehiculo que por cierto nunca me dejo votado por casi dos anos y no era nuevo,creanme que estoy muy desepcionado de este deeler marino christler de la irving park, no se como ya terminar de cancelar mi vehiculo, y si me preguntan es lo peor que me a pasado en la vida y creanme no les recomiendo hacer una compra de ninguna naturaleza, ya que no garantizan que no va a volver a pasar esto de nuevo, uno de sus gerentes me dijo que este dano era muy comun que le fallan muchas partes a este vehiculo me preocupa esto, espero que a nadie le suceda esto por eso pongo este comentario. Nota; CON MARINO CHISTLER NUNCA MAS Y NO LO RECOMIENDO A NADIE.

I worked with Adrian on the lease of my new vehicle. He was excellent. I his support. My initial contact was online. After getting constant emails and calls from Samantha, neither she or her supervisor ever bothered to say hi. No problem because the rest of the staff were great.

Very clean and friendly. Pretty easy process from sales to service. No reason to ever buy or service a Jeep anywhere else. And they have the nicest used car inventory I have ever seen. I have been to a lot of used car lots and the choices of clean great condition vehicles is awesome!

Everyone is warm and fuzzy. They even had a taco truck to celebrate Mexican Independence Day. This is a dealership that cares about the community and their customers. My salesperson Dan, worked very hard to get me the best deal for my trade in. This helped me to make the decision to purchase a new Jeep. As a woman one never wants to feel as if they are being taken advantage of. I would definitely recommend Dan and this dealership in the future.
