He always does a great job finding the right car with the options you need, even the ones you forgot you wanted. I had to bring my kids with me to finish the deal, and J.C. was ready with crayons, coloring books, and even an Elsa figurine. This was my first experience purchasing a new car, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better one. At first, I was simply browsing the dealership lot to see what they had available. I wasn’t planning on purchasing a car that day, and one thing I really appreciated was that I didn’t feel bombarded by salespeople. That gave me the freedom to look around and take my time. As I was leaving, Jose greeted me with a smile and asked me one simple question. I gave him my honest answer: I was just browsing, and what I was looking for wasn’t available at that location. We went inside, and Jose searched the database to see what might be available elsewhere. Not only did he find what I was looking for, but he made the entire process feel easy and comfortable. We drove to a different lot, where I saw the vehicle in person and immediately liked it. During the test drive back to the dealership, Jose explained many of the vehicle’s features and went over the things I had told him were important to me. More importantly, he listened. I shared my story about why I was currently without a car, and he understood what having a vehicle again would mean for me. The closer we got back to the dealership, the more I started feeling that this was mycar. Jose understood that this purchase was about more than simply buying a vehicle. It was about the positive impact it could have on my life. I almost didn’t take the car. I needed a few minutes to myself, so I went for a short walk and really thought it through. When I returned to the dealership, I asked for Jose, and we both had a good laugh. What stood out most to me was Jose’s patience and empathy. He didn’t feel like the stories I’ve heard of a salesman pressuring in trying to make a sale. He felt more like a friend giving me his honest opinion and helping me make the right decision for myself. Even after the purchase, Jose followed up with a courtesy call the next day to make sure I was truly happy with my decision. That meant a lot to me. Now, a few days into driving my new car, I have absolutely no negative thoughts or doubts about my purchase. I’m genuinely happy with my decision and totally looking forward to all the new adventures and memories I’ll be driving into. Thank you, Jose C for making my first new car experience such a positive and memorable one!

Five stars isn’t enough. My wife and I recently purchased a 2026 Jeep Grand Cherokee L Limited Reserve 4x4 from Marino Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram, and it was, without question, the best vehicle-buying experience we’ve ever had. We’re seasoned Jeep buyers and have also purchased vehicles from other brands over the years. Having been through the process many times.. we’ve seen both the best and the worst (pushy sales & long office waiting games) of dealership experiences. Simply put, every previous experience pales in comparison to what we experienced at Marino. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt different. Every member of the team was welcoming, professional, and genuinely happy to have us there. They even treated our two dogs like valued guests, which immediately set the tone. Our salesperson, Ashur, was outstanding. He knew the product inside and out, answered every question with confidence, and somehow managed to be both incredibly professional and completely down-to-earth. There were no games, no pressure tactics, and no rehearsed sales pitches, just honest conversations and a genuine desire to help us find the right vehicle. His manager, Alec, was equally impressive. He respected our time, communicated clearly, and was always quick to return with answers or options. At no point were we left sitting around wondering what was happening next. The entire process moved efficiently without ever feeling rushed. In fact, when we arrived, the vehicle was already pulled up and ready for a test drive. From that moment to driving off the lot in our new Jeep, the entire process took just two hours. That’s virtually unheard of and speaks volumes about how much they respect their customers’ time. God bless them both. What impressed me most was that every interaction felt reasonable. They listened. They were transparent. They worked with us to put together a deal that made sense for everyone. In an industry that doesn’t always have the best reputation, Marino delivered an experience built on trust. The biggest surprise came as we were leaving when we happened to meet the owner. After spending a few minutes talking with him, everything clicked. The culture, the professionalism, the attention to detail, and the customer-first mindset all made sense because it clearly starts at the top. He was gracious, appreciative, and genuinely thankful for our business. We arrived hoping to buy a vehicle. We left with a beautiful new Jeep, a great deal, and a level of confidence in the dealership that is increasingly rare today.
